Dwayne has served as the head pastor at Wellspring Church since 2007. He started the church in Charlotte, NC. He serves as a board member for the Acts 29 Network and he serves as Director of Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne's passion is equipping the next generation of biblical counselors.
